Embassy Suites Hotel Fort Worth-Downtown
Pearl Real Estate purchased a hotel that had been one of the poorest-performing properties in the city, and the generator of the most complaints to the Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau. However, the hotel had an excellent location across the street from Bass Performance Hall, only steps from Sundance Square. Recognizing the opportunity in this rundown property, Pearl took the building down to its exterior walls and added new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. We remade the property into a sophisticated and stylish hotel, converting every two rooms into a single suite. We dramatically upgraded the comfort and elegance of the interiors, adding high-tech conference space, an indoor pool, a café serving Starbucks Coffee, a fashionable lounge, and a sunlit atrium. The ambitious project was completed on time and on budget. Today, the 156-suite Embassy Suites Hotel Fort Worth-Downtown is one of the leading properties in the city, and is recognized as one of the finest examples of an urban Embassy Suites in the United States. It won the property conversion of the year award from Embassy Suites in 2007.

Embassy Suites Hotel Lubbock
This hotel opened in September 2004, and ever since has won awards and accolades from the industry, media and guests. Pearl Real Estate bought this non-descript independent hotel primarily because of its location in the Southwest corner of Loop 289, where Lubbock is expanding rapidly. We completely gutted the hotel and created a property that features the most luxurious suites and the finest customer service in the city. The Embassy Suites Hotel Lubbock features a beautiful, welcoming lobby and a Tuscan-style atrium with meandering paths, tropical plants and a beautiful pond full of colorful koi and waterfalls. The hotel won the property conversion of the year award from Embassy Suites in 2005.
